Our client is a leading law firm with offices across the country. They are seeking an Office Manager to join their team in downtown Dallas, Texas. The position is hybrid, and the firm offers excellent benefits!
Job Details
- Manage team of Legal Administrative Assistants, including scheduling, coaching, performance reviews, and terminations
- Perform onboardings, including new hire paperwork and forms I-9
- Maintain and update confidential information in HRIS
- Coordinate employee recognition efforts and events
- Manage office and pantry inventory, order supplies, and coordinate with vendors
- Troubleshoot technology and equipment
- Manage office expenses and process invoices
- Liaise with building management as needed
- Assist with emergency management planning
- Manage budgets
Skills and Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent work experience required
- 3-5 years’ relevant experience at a law firm
- Must have knowledge of state and federal labor laws & regulations
- Must have prior experience managing a team
- Tech savvy and experienced in Microsoft Office Suite
- Highest standard of professionalism and discretion
- Resourceful, adaptable, organized, and collaborative
Salary Range
- $85-95k annually, based on experience
