Our client, a top financial services firm based in NYC, is seeking an Office Assistant to join the team. This role is hybrid and based 4 out of 5 days per week at their beautiful office in Midtown Manhattan. This company treats their employees very well and they offer an excellent benefits package!

Job Details

  • Answer and screen calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Warmly welcome visitors, clients, and employees as they arrive
  • Manage calendars and schedule conference rooms
  • Communicate with internal and external contacts and vendors
  • Provide general administrative assistance
  • Varied project work as assigned
  • Salary: $65-75k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2-5 years’ previous experience in a corporate reception or administrative role
  • Customer service oriented, approachable, and level-headed
  • Tech savvy and experienced in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Highest standard of professionalism and discretion
  • Dedicated to detail, with excellent writing, communications, and organizational skills
