Our client, a top financial services firm based in NYC, is seeking an Office Assistant to join the team. This role is hybrid and based 4 out of 5 days per week at their beautiful office in Midtown Manhattan. This company treats their employees very well and they offer an excellent benefits package!

Job Details
- Answer and screen calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Warmly welcome visitors, clients, and employees as they arrive
- Manage calendars and schedule conference rooms
- Communicate with internal and external contacts and vendors
- Provide general administrative assistance
- Varied project work as assigned
- Salary: $65-75k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2-5 years’ previous experience in a corporate reception or administrative role
- Customer service oriented, approachable, and level-headed
- Tech savvy and experienced in Microsoft Office Suite
- Highest standard of professionalism and discretion
- Dedicated to detail, with excellent writing, communications, and organizational skills
