A high-performing, fast-growing media agency is seeking a Media Supervisor to step into a strategic, executional, and client-facing role with significant ownership. This isn’t your standard supervisor job—it’s an opportunity to operate at an Associate Director level, driving performance for sophisticated mid-market clients across DTC, financial services, and mission-driven sectors.
You’ll lead full-funnel omnichannel campaigns—from strategy and planning to in-platform execution, reporting, and optimization—across channels like Meta, Google Ads, programmatic display, digital video, and paid social. You’ll have the autonomy to build and present high-stakes media plans, ensure campaign measurement accuracy through proper tagging, and translate complex data into actionable client insights. With over $500M in managed media, this agency offers a high-impact seat for a performance-minded media leader.
🔍 What You'll Do
- Lead strategy, planning, buying, and optimization across digital and traditional media
- Directly manage in-platform campaigns, especially within Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Ensure accurate campaign measurement by placing and QA’ing tracking tags (e.g., Meta Pixel, Floodlight, GA4)
- Build, present, and defend $100K+ media plans under tight timelines with minimal oversight
- Analyze campaign data to assess KPIs, generate insights, and present results to clients
- Mentor junior planners and buyers, ensuring flawless execution and strategic alignment
- Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, search, paid social, and programmatic teams to drive performance
- Serve as a lead point of contact for clients, managing timelines, reports, and strategic presentations
- Partner with ad tech platforms, media vendors, and internal stakeholders to expand capability and test new channels
- Oversee billing, reconciliation, and campaign actualization in coordination with finance
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 4–7 years of hands-on media planning and buying experience, with agency background preferred
- MUST HAVE: Direct in-platform execution experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- MUST HAVE: Proficiency in placing tracking tags and setting up campaigns for accurate performance measurement
- MUST HAVE: Paid social campaign ownership focused on performance metrics like ROAS, CPA, and ROI
- Proven ability to independently create and present large-scale media plans to clients
- Skilled in interpreting and presenting data with tools like GA4, Google Campaign Manager, and Looker/Data Studio
- Experience managing and mentoring media teams
- Familiarity with omnichannel execution, including programmatic display, digital video, and (ideally) traditional media
- Bonus: Experience in DTC and/or financial services verticals
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to juggle multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides

💰 Compensation: $75,000 – $95,000
