Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, ideate and optimize high performing Paid Search campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, Optmyzr).
- Communicate paid search performance, industry trends, and answering client questions with expertise.
- Collaborate with the Performance Strategy Team on tests, data-driven insights, and campaign optimizations.
- Anticipate and respond to performance changes and client needs based on industry trends.
- Manage automated bidding tools, optimizations, and sophisticated audience strategies.
- Implement and explain conversion tagging, measurement attribution, and clear nomenclature.
- Analyze data to create insights and tell compelling stories to clients.
- Build strong working relationships with publishers and vendor partners.
- Implement and refine best practices in paid search management.
- Accurately forecast paid search spend and manage client budgets.

Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of Paid Search Marketing experience (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
- Certifications in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Experienced in SA 360, Google Ad Scripts, and Microsoft Advertising Scripts.
- Proven ability to manage direct marketing search campaigns (CPA, ROAS, CPL goals).
- Experience in both B2B and B2C sectors.
- Confident in presenting to senior clients and delivering clear communication.

Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 based on experience
