A top litigation firm is seeking a Litigation Support Analyst to join the team! 

Who You Are 

  • You have 2+ years of litigation support and eDiscovery experience  
  • Understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model and litigation workflows  
  • Skilled in handling data and modifying load files for documents and images  
  • Able to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environments  
  • Strong communicator with experience supporting and training legal teams  
  • Familiar with tools such as Ipro, Concordance, Summation, Relativity, Everlaw, or Disco; Nuix Discover is a plus  

What You’ll Do 

  • Set up and manage document review platforms and databases  
  • Process and structure incoming data for case use  
  • Run targeted searches to identify key information  
  • Conduct quality checks and prepare materials for production  
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and support end users  
  • Coordinate with legal teams to align workflows with case needs  

What Success Looks Like 

  • Accurate, timely delivery of review-ready and production data  
  • Reliable platform performance with minimal disruption  
  • Clear, effective support for legal stakeholders  
  • Consistent execution across multiple active matters 

Salary Range:  $70,000 – 90,000 annually, based on experience 

Location:  Wilmington, DE – Hybrid
