A top-tier global law firm is seeking a Litigation Secretary to join the team in San Francisco.
Who You Are
- Litigation secretary with at least 5 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred
- Skilled in iManage and familiar with legal terminology and court rules
- Strong organizational, communication, and proofreading skills
- Available to work overtime as needed
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate court filings and service of process under state, federal, and local rules
- Draft and proofread pleadings, discovery documents, subpoenas, and deposition exhibits
- Manage documents and pleadings in iManage and shared drives
- Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and track court deadlines
- Liaise with docket department and vendors for courtesy copies and chambers deliveries
- Arrange court reporters and videographers for depositions and hearings
- Process invoices, expenses, and travel arrangements per firm policy
- Enter attorney timekeeping and assist with billing tasks
- Prepare new business intake forms, conflict checks, and engagement letters
- Conduct basic legal research and maintain client relationships
- Provide additional administrative support as needed

Salary Range: $70,000 – 97,000 annually, based on experience
