Our client is a leading law firm with offices across the country. They are seeking a Legal Professional Development Manager to join their team in NJ/NYC. The position is hybrid, and the firm offers excellent benefits!
Job Details
- Partner with stakeholders to pinpoint training needs across the firm
- Collaborate with subject experts to design, implement, and oversee high-quality training programs
- Evaluate training programs to ensure effectiveness and make adjustments as necessary
- Manage training components of onboarding for Fall Associates
- Develop and organize off-site training events
- Oversee the professional development budget
- Salary Range: $110-180k annually, commensurate with experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must have at least 4 years' experience developing curricula for attorneys
- Experience managing departmental budget, highly preferred
- Preferred experience with CLE and related rules
- Informed on current Legal Learning & Development trends
- Dedicated to details, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
