Our client, a top New York City law firm, is seeking a Legal Assistant. This position is fully on site in Midtown Manhattan.
Who You Are
- A legal support professional with at least 3 years of experience
- Exceptionally detail-oriented, with a knack for juggling multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines
- Tech-savvy and confident using advanced tools in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and document management systems
- A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting and communicates with professionalism at all levels
- Comfortable supporting senior-level attorneys and adapting to evolving workflows and technologies
What You’ll Do
- Prepare, revise, and format a variety of legal documents, presentations, and spreadsheets with precision and adherence to firm standards
- Provide comprehensive administrative support including scheduling, travel coordination, expense reporting, and calendar management
- Troubleshoot formatting issues, assist with document conversions, and ensure all work is polished and error-free
- Manage attorney time entry, billing support, and client file organization—both digital and physical
- Coordinate meetings, depositions, and other legal proceedings, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly
- Step in to support other attorneys or teams as needed, maintaining a flexible and solutions-oriented mindset

Salary Range: $85,000 – 95,000 annually, based on experience
Location: New York, NY – Fully on site
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
