Our client, a premiere international law firm, is seeking a Legal Assistant to join the team. This position is hybrid and based 3 out of 5 days per week at their beautiful office in Midtown Manhattan. 

Who You Are 

  • You have at least 4 years of experience as a legal assistant 
  • You have an associates degree (or higher) or certification in legal assistant studies or related field 
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with document management and billing systems, preferably 3E 
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach 

What You’ll Do 

  • Draft, revise, and manage legal documents and correspondence 
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for attorneys 
  • Handle client interactions and respond to inquiries promptly 
  • Manage billing processes, including docket entry, WIP monitoring, and invoice preparation 
  • Maintain organized files and ensure accurate document management 
  • Provide backup support during absences and collaborate across teams 

What Success Looks Like 

  • You deliver accurate, timely work and keep attorney schedules and billing on track 
  • You maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication 
  • You adapt quickly to changing priorities while ensuring smooth operations 

Salary Range:  $85,000 – 100,000 annually, based on experience 

Location: New York, NY – Hybrid
