Description
Our client, a premiere international law firm, is seeking a Legal Assistant to join the team. This position is hybrid and based 3 out of 5 days per week at their beautiful office in Midtown Manhattan.
Who You Are
- You have at least 4 years of experience as a legal assistant
- You have an associates degree (or higher) or certification in legal assistant studies or related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with document management and billing systems, preferably 3E
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
What You’ll Do
- Draft, revise, and manage legal documents and correspondence
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for attorneys
- Handle client interactions and respond to inquiries promptly
- Manage billing processes, including docket entry, WIP monitoring, and invoice preparation
- Maintain organized files and ensure accurate document management
- Provide backup support during absences and collaborate across teams

- You deliver accurate, timely work and keep attorney schedules and billing on track
- You maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
- You adapt quickly to changing priorities while ensuring smooth operations
Salary Range: $85,000 – 100,000 annually, based on experience
