Our client is a law firm with offices across the United States and abroad. They are seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to support the Trademarks practice group in NYC. The position is hybrid and based part of the week out of their office in Downtown Manhattan. Job Details
- Provide general administrative support for attorneys
- Answer phones and receive clients and guests
- Coordinate opening of new matters and conflicts checks
- Prepare, file, transcribe, and archive legal documents
- Manage attorney calendars and coordinate meetings
- Coordinate attorney travel and logistics
- Process expense reports and reimbursements
- Assist with billing and timekeeping
- Salary Range: $80-95k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-7 years’ Legal Administrative Assistant experience
- Aderant or similar legal billing software experience required
- Must have excellent writing, research, and organizational skills
- Must have familiarity with legal databases and resource websites
- Tech savvy, with ability to learn new software
