Our client is a leading law firm with offices around the world. They are seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to join their team in NYC. The position is hybrid and is based 3 out of 5 days per week at their beautiful office in Downtown Manhattan. They offer excellent benefits, including benefits from Day 1, 401(k), and unlimited PTO!

Job Details
- Provide general administrative support for attorneys
- Communicate with clients and provide top-tier customer service
- Manage attorney calendars and meeting schedules
- Coordinate travel and logistics
- Process expense reports and invoices in Chrome River
- Prepare documents and other materials in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Salary Range: $90-100k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7+ years’ experience in providing administrative support to executives and/or attorneys
- Major plus: prior experience in tech, venture capital, or investment banking
- Tech savvy and experienced in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communicator with outstanding customer service skills
