A storied global law firm is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to join the team in Toronto.
Who You Are
- You have 2+ years of administrative experience at a law firm
- Highly organized with the ability to manage shifting demands effectively
- Clear, professional communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems
What You’ll Do
- Orchestrate calendars, meetings, and scheduling needs for team members
- Monitor and organize communications, ensuring timely follow-up
- Review and format documents for accuracy and presentation quality
- Coordinate travel plans and handle expense reporting
- Support internal processes including billing-related data entry
- Assist with day-to-day operational needs across the team

Salary Range: $70,000 – 75,000 CAD annually, based on experience
Location: Financial District, Toronto – 5 days on-site
