Who You Are
- A legal administrative assistant with at least 3 years of experience supporting attorneys
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
- Tech-savvy and confident using tools like Microsoft Office 365, iManage, Timekeeper, and Concur
- Professional demeanor, with a positive, can-do attitude
What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys, including managing calls, messages, and scheduling
- Draft, revise, and format legal documents in line with firm standards, including pleadings, correspondence, and filings
- Handle electronic court filings in both state and federal systems with precision and timeliness
- Maintain accurate time entries, expense reports, and case file documentation
- Step in to support other team members during absences or high-volume periods

- Attorneys and clients consistently receive timely, polished, and accurate work
- You stay ahead of deadlines and keep case files and documentation impeccably organized
- You contribute to a positive, professional office culture and build strong working relationships across the firm
Salary Range: $90,000 – 105,000 annually, based on experience
Location: New York, NY – 5 days on site
