A leading law firm is seeking an IP Litigation Practice Manager to join the team in Washington, D.C. Who You Are
- You have 5+ years of experience managing practice operations, attorney development, or legal administration in a large law firm environment
- Bachelor’s degree required; J.D. preferred
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with attorneys, leadership, and cross-functional teams
- Analytical and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities
What You’ll Do
- Support operational and strategic initiatives for an intellectual property litigation practice
- Partner with leadership on budgeting, staffing, workflow coordination, and team management
- Assist with attorney development, evaluations, mentoring, and training initiatives
- Oversee work allocation and support resource planning across litigation matters
- Collaborate with recruiting, HR, and administrative teams on hiring and integration efforts
- Prepare reporting and analytics to support business and operational decisions
- Help improve internal processes, communication, and practice efficiency

- Practice operations run smoothly across teams and offices
- Attorneys and staff receive strong operational and professional support
- Leadership has clear visibility into staffing, performance, and business trends

Salary Range: $175,000 – 195,000 annually, based on experience
Location: Washington, D.C. – Hybrid (4 days on site, 1 WFH)
