A leading international law firm is seeking an Immigration Paralegal to join a dynamic team that delivers tailored immigration solutions to a global clientele. With a collaborative and inclusive culture, the firm values initiative, precision, and a client-first mindset. This role is fully on site in Midtown Manhattan. 

Who You Are 

  • An experienced immigration paralegal with a bachelor’s degree and at least two years in a law firm setting, supporting either family-based or business immigration matters 
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with excellent time management skills 
  • Confident using Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook 
  • Comfortable working independently and meeting tight deadlines 
  • Familiar with document management systems 

What You’ll Do 

  • Track deadlines, manage calendars, and schedule meetings to keep cases on track 
  • Prepare and file immigration petitions 
  • Draft documents, collect supporting materials, and review submissions for accuracy 
  • Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and government agencies to ensure smooth case progression 
  • Flag case issues or delays to attorneys for timely resolution 
  • Provide administrative support including document organization, scanning, e-filing, billing, and engagement letter preparation 

What Success Looks Like 

  • Cases are filed accurately and on time, with minimal attorney revisions needed 
  • Clients and attorneys feel supported and informed throughout the process 
  • You proactively identify and resolve issues before they become roadblocks 
  • You consistently deliver high-quality work while managing multiple deadlines 

Salary Range: $80,000 – 100,000 annually, based on experience
