Our client, a premiere international law firm, is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join the team on a Temp-to-Perm basis. The position is hybrid and based 3 out of 5 days per week at their beautiful office in New Haven, Connecticut.
Job Details
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
- Assist with new hire orientations
- Manage confidential employee data in HRIS
- Create and edit documents and data in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Act as point person for HR inquiries
- Process invoices and prepare expense reports
- Assist with annual compliance reporting
- Coordinate departmental events
- Pay Rate: $25 per hour
- Time Commitment: Full time, temp-to-perm
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 0-2 years’ Human Resources experience
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Tech savvy and confident in Microsoft Suite
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion
