In response to platform growth, they are seeking an elite Google Media Director to own all aspects of large-scale campaigns across various Paid Social ad products, leading planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis, and reporting.
They empower and compensate exceptional media buyers by providing the best resources and performance-based incentives, which enable Buyers to earn far more than anywhere else in digital media.
Responsibilities:
- Senior digital media professional responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of media buying strategies
- Leads a team of media buyers and provides guidance, support, and performance evaluations to ensure direct report development and alignment with media buying goals and objectives.
- Ensures ad spend is allocated efficiently to achieve the best possible ROI.
- Analyzes performance metrics, stays updated on industry trends, and collaborates with other departments to align media buying activities with the overall marketing objectives.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of conversion-focused, Google Ad buying within an affiliate marketing OR performance marketing agency
- Must have significant experience scaling campaign budgets well over $1,000,000/yr
- Must have significant experience with conversion-focused media campaigns Optimized for gross margin, CPA, ROAS, etc.
- Capable of handling highly complex and fast-changing media targets and offers
- Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and in-depth knowledge of media channels and advertising technologies.
Salary Range: $135,000-$150,000 annually, based on experience.
