Our client is an international chain of luxury resorts. They are seeking an Executive Legal Assistant to join the team in support of the General Counsel. The role is fully on site in New York City. The company offers excellent benefits, as well as a uniquely collaborative culture!
Who You Are
- You have 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Prior support of attorneys in a corporate legal department or law firm preferred
- Highly organized with strong judgment and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Skilled in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Professional communicator with a polished, service-driven approach
- Notary Public in New York State or Legal Administrator certification, a major plus!
What You’ll Do
- Manage complex calendars and shifting priorities for senior legal leadership
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Oversee legal billing workflows, invoice processing, accruals, and expense reporting
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit-related documentation
- Prepare and refine legal correspondence, agreements, and presentations
- Maintain organized contract databases and legal records
- Track key dates, deadlines, and litigation-related recoveries
- Liaise with internal teams to gather and distribute required information
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth Legal operations

Salary Range: $75,000 – 95,000 annually, based on experience
Location: New York, NY – Fully on site
