Description
Our client, a financial services firm, is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO. The position is on site at their beautiful Downtown Manhattan office.
Job Details
- Provide general administrative support to the CEO
- Manage the CEO's calendar and keep them apprised of all commitments
- Arrange domestic and international travel and logistics
- Coordinate meeting details, including preparing materials and scheduling
- Organize virtual and in-person meetings (conference rooms, catering, technology needs, etc.)
- Prepare and submit detailed expense reports
- Utilize AI tools to streamline workflows and analyze documents
- Salary: $75-100k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years’ experience supporting a C-level executive
- Must have AI tool experience and be generally tech savvy
- Must have experience with event coordination
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Diplomatic and responsive communicator with high-level interpersonal skills
