Our client is a leading Real Estate developer based in NYC. They are seeking an Executive Assistant to support their Chief Executive Officer. This position is fully on site in Manhattan, and the company offers excellent benefits! 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Extensive calendar management  
  • Domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, etc.)  
  • Submit expense reports  
  • Track budget and expenditures  
  • Plan and executive events ranging from dinner parties to fundraisers  
  • Screen and manage mail and phone calls  

 

Skills and Qualifications  

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 5 + years’ experience supporting executives 
  • Previous experience with calendar management and travel arrangements 
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)  
  • Expert oral and written communication skills 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

 

Salary Range: $95,000 to $100,000 based on experience
