Our client, a prominent real estate investment company specializing in the life sciences space, is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support their New York based executives. It is an excellent opportunity to work with a high-achieving team in a diverse role. This position is hybrid with 3 days in their wonderful Midtown, Manhattan office.
Job Responsibilities
- Calendar management and scheduling
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itinerary creation
- Manage time tracking and expense reimbursement
- Create agendas, reports, and presentations
- Greet guests with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Serve as a point of contact for colleagues in different departments
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Manage office needs (mail distribution, screening guests and phone calls, maintenance of office aesthetics)
- Purchase and stock office supplies
- Liaise with vendors
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years' experience as an assistant, coordinator, or other administrative support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Enjoy learning and working in a collaborative environment
Salary Range: $80,0000 - $105,000 based on experience
