Description
Our client, a private equity firm in the environmental sustainability space, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CIO and executive team on a Temp to Perm basis. This position is fully remote and based on the East Coast.
Job Details
- Provide general administrative support to CIO and team
- Manage the CIO’s busy calendar and keep them apprised of all commitments
- Answer phones, screen calls, and monitor email inbox
- Coordinate travel and logistics
- Prepare expense reports and other documents as needed
- Track projects, priorities, and requests, while ensuring timely completion
- Salary: $40-50 per hour, based on experience
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years’ Executive Assistant experience
- Must be bilingual English/Spanish
- Must have availability outside standard hours
- Must have strong technology skills, including ability to troubleshoot IT
- Highly organized and able to prioritize effectively
- Dedicated to detail, with impeccable writing skills
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information
