Our client, one of the world’s largest investment management firms, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant. The position is hybrid and based 4 out of 5 days per week at their beautiful Midtown, Manhattan office. The firm offers excellent benefits and unique perks! 

Job Details 

  • Manage the busy calendars of multiple executives and keep them informed regarding all commitments and responsibilities 
  • Prepare meeting materials and generate reports 
  • Monitor incoming emails, draft correspondence, and maintain up-to-date contact information in Outlook 
  • Arrange travel and logistics 
  • Screen incoming phone calls, route appropriately, and take messages 
  • Prepare and submit detailed expense reports 
  • Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and confidentiality 
  • Salary Range: $115-120k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • 5+ years’ Executive Assistant experience 
  • Tech savvy, with strong Microsoft Office skills 
  • Highly focused, with extremely professional demeanor 
  • Dedicated to detail, with excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills 
  • Proven ability to maintain utmost confidentiality regarding sensitive information
