Description
Our client, a prestigious asset management firm, is looking for an Executive Assistant to support their executive team. This position is hybrid with 3 days a week on site at their beautiful Midtown, Manhattan office!
Job Responsibilities:
- Make domestic and international travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation
- Track and analyze investments, banking shares, credit card management, benefits, and membership (both personal and business)
- Draft correspondence and communicate with external stakeholders
- Develop strategic PowerPoint presentations for meetings
- Coordinate, schedule, and plan executive board meetings
- Project management as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
- 10 – 15 years of corporate, executive assistant experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Experience using Salesforce
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proactive, self-starter with the ability to take initiative
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
Salary Range: $150,000 - $160,000 based on experience
