Our client, a world-class strategic financial services firm, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join the team. Job Details
- Provide general administrative support and calendar management
- Coordinate meetings and arrange logistics such as conference room bookings and catering
- Monitor emails, prioritize responses, and draft correspondence
- Manage complex travel itineraries and maintain travel documents
- Prepare and submit detailed expense reports
- Provide backup support to other Executive Assistants when needed
- Track projects, priorities, and requests, while ensuring timely completion
- Salary: $85-100k, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-7 years’ Executive Assistant experience
- Must be tech savvy with strong Microsoft Office Suite experience
- CRM experience (such as Salesforce) highly preferred
- Instinctively collaborative, adaptable, and a quick learner
- Dedicated to detail, with excellent writing, communications, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to maintain utmost confidentiality regarding sensitive information
- Flexibility to work “off hours” such as nights and weekends when required
