Who You Are
- An administrative professional with a bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience supporting senior leaders
- A natural leader with at least 1 year of team management experience
- Organized and proactive, with a knack for anticipating needs before they arise
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills
- Trusted to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support to a team of executives, including complex calendaring across multiple time zones, global travel, and expense management
- Oversee the administrative team; set priorities and distribute workloads
- Lead onboarding for new administrative hires and provide ongoing coaching and development
- Review and approve timesheets and time-off requests while ensuring coverage

- Executives feel supported, prepared, and able to focus on strategic initiatives
- The administrative team is engaged, well-trained, and continuously developing their skills
- Administrative coverage for the executive team is maintained at all times
- Operations run smoothly and the team consistently delivers high-quality support across the organization
Salary Range: $125,000 – 150,000 annually, based on experience
