On an ongoing basis, we are seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and self-starting candidates to fill Event Staff positions. These are individuals who work in public-facing roles as well as “behind the scenes." These positions require candidates that are team players while also possessing a high level of independent judgement.
Job Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome attendees upon arrival and ensure they receive pertinent event information.
- Oversee and facilitate efficient check-in and registration processes.
- Distribute essential materials, such as badges, programs, or itineraries, to all attendees.
- Guide guests to designated areas within the venue with professionalism and clarity.
- Facilitate seamless transitions between event activities and schedules
- Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized, white glove experiences for all event attendees.
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience working events
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Tech savvy with the ability to use different registration software and operating systems
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor
Pay Range: $23 - $25 based on experience
