What You’ll Do
• Partner with internal teams to design and deliver impactful client-facing programs
• Lead the planning and execution of in-person events including seminars, receptions, and entertainment experiences
• Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, vendor contracts, catering, branding, and materials
• Manage registration systems and ensure smooth communication with attendees
• Support virtual programming by organizing webinars and online meetings with precision
• Work with marketing teams to promote events through digital channels and targeted outreach
• Facilitate internal gatherings such as retreats and firmwide meetings with attention to detail
• Oversee budgets and negotiate vendor agreements to ensure cost-effective outcomes

Salary Range: $130,000 - 155,000 annually, based on experience
