Director of Tenant Relations

Our client is a top Real Estate Management firm based in NYC. They are seeking a Director of Tenant Relations to join the team. This position is hybrid and based 4 out of 5 days per week at their beautiful office in Midtown Manhattan. 

Job Details 

• Direct a team of property managers 
• Oversee lease agreements for retail properties 
• Review tenant correspondence and prepare documentation 
• Manage Yardi modules and ensure all information is accurate 
• Assist with annual inspections 
• Establish rapport with all stakeholders and tenants 
• Heavy project and agreement management components 
• Salary Range: $100-125k annually, based on experience 

Skills and Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree required; Real Estate, Business, or similar majors preferred 
• 5+ years’ experience in Real Estate 
• Yardi experience highly preferred 
• Highly organized and detail orientated 
• Adept at managing multiple high-priority projects 
• Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills
