Our client, a world-class real estate firm based in NYC, is seeking a Director, Human Resources. The position is hybrid and based 4 out of 5 days per week at their beautiful Midtown, Manhattan office.

Job Details
- Advance business goals by providing thought leadership and strategic guidance
- Lead recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Oversee payroll and benefits for employees in 20+ states
- Negotiate with insurance brokers and manage Open Enrollment process
- Lead performance and compensation analysis and reviews
- Oversee employee relations matters and liaise with Union partners
- Ensure departmental compliance with all local, state, and federal laws
- Salary Range: $185-200k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- SHRM or HCRI certification preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources leadership roles
- Preferred background in real estate, construction, asset management, or family office
- Must have strong Benefits experience
- Confident working with all levels of employees, leadership, and Union partners
- Deep knowledge of HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, local, state, and federal labor laws
- Highest standard of confidentiality and discretion
