Our client, a premiere international law firm, is seeking a DEI Coordinator to join the team. The position is hybrid and based 4 out of 5 days per week at their office in Downtown Manhattan. The firm offers excellent benefits including generous PTO and 401(k)!
Job Details
- Provide general administrative support to the DEI team
- Coordinate logistics for events and trainings
- Conduct surveys and collect employee data
- Prepare reports and other data requests
- Track department spending and assist with budget planning
- Identify and develop opportunities for process improvements
- Salary Range: $65-90k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years’ administrative or HR experience at a law firm
- Strong interest in DEI initiatives
- Tech savvy and confident in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Dedicated to detail, with excellent communication and organizational skills
