They are looking for a Data Analyst who will work on assignments of moderate complexity, demonstrating intermediate craft skills and knowledge reflective of a fully competent practitioner.
Responsibilities
- Provides day-to-day social listening, insight measurement, monitoring, digital analytics, and reporting for assigned clients
- Collaborates with Strategy and Account teams during the strategic planning process to define meaningful campaign measures and benchmarks
- Collaborates closely with Strategy and Finance on contract negotiations and renewals to acquire and/or maintain tools and resources
- Communicates analytic performance throughout campaigns as needed, identifying strategic gaps, and providing actionable recommendations for campaign optimization
- Collaborates with internal agency marketing team to review social and web performance analytics for Taylor, contributing recommendations for optimization of ongoing social media and marketing content
- Serves as the go-to expert for all research, measurement, and reporting tools
- Organizes and leads regular trainings for Taylor staff on applicable tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree plus 2-3 years of consumer-focused measurement/analytics experience in support of digital media and/or PR strategy
- Proficiency in consumer/social/PR research tools such as Brandwatch (Crimson Hexagon), Meltwater, CubeYou, Helixa, MRI-Simmons, Sprinklr, Tagger, Kantar, Mintel, eMarketer, Cision, and Muck Rack
The salary range is between $65,000-75,000, based on experience.
