Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst to join the team. The position is hybrid and based 4 out of 5 days per week at their office in Iselin, New Jersey. The firm offers excellent benefits including generous PTO and 401(k)!
Job Details
- Assist Total Rewards team by providing compensation analysis and models
- Create and update dashboards to deliver HR metrics
- Manage regular data audits
- Assist with system integrations and ensure data integrity during migrations
- Prepare reports and presentations with synthesized data
- Ensure compliance with HR best practices and legal regulations/laws
- Salary: $70-80k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years’ experience in data analytics
- Previous HR or Compensation experience preferred
- Expert Excel skills required
- Dedicated to details, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, projects, and deadlines
- Highest standard of confidentiality and discretion
