An innovative and fast-growing tech company at the forefront of ecommerce innovation is seeking a dynamic Chief of Staff to the CEO to serve as an indispensable strategic operator driving growth alongside an experienced executive to reach a billion-dollar scale. 

 

You’ll directly assist the CEO and the executive team in operationalizing the company’s rapid growth, acting as a trusted advisor and a bridge to the wider team. This position offers significant equity and the opportunity to become an essential part of an experienced team of entrepreneurs. Job Responsibilities  

  • Strategic Operations Management: Collaborate with the CEO to prioritize and execute key organizational initiatives. 
  • End-to-End Project Leadership: Take charge of critical projects from inception through to successful completion. 
  • Process Optimization: Develop and implement scalable systems to support and sustain organizational growth. 
  • Strategic Problem-Solving: Work closely with the executive team to address and resolve major operational challenges. 
  • Executive Representation: Act as the CEO's proxy in meetings and manage communications with the C-Suite. 
  • Decision Support Reporting: Generate high-level dashboards and reports to aid strategic decision-making. 
  • Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and performance tracking. 

 

Skills and Qualifications  

  • 7+ years experience in significant operational and strategic roles. 
  • 2+ years experience in a Chief of Staff or significant operational role within a high-growth startup or tech company. 
  • Experienced at a top management consulting firm strongly preferred with a proven track record in strategic problem-solving and enhancing operational efficiency. 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and a capacity to handle diverse tasks. 
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects efficiently. 

 

Salary Range: $200K–$240K/year plus equity options.
