A high-growth startup run by Founders with a track record of scaling businesses is seeking a Chief of Staff to architect the operating systems behind a bold transition into an operationally led private equity platform. The role is designed for future COOs with a mandate to build leadership pipelines, drive cross-functional execution, and remove strategic bottlenecks. The right candidate will thrive in a founder-driven, high-performance culture where excellence is the baseline and impact is uncapped.
Who You Are
- A strategic pro with 5–7+ years in performance marketing, growth operations, or agency leadership
- Comfortable owning outcomes across marketing, finance, analytics, and partnerships
- Have experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering measurable results
- Thrive in high-pressure environments and think like a founder
- Fluent in metrics like CAC, ROAS, pLTV, and IRR, and understand how they drive enterprise value
- Bonus if you’ve built affiliate programs, scaled paid media, or worked in PE-backed environments
What You’ll Do
- Lead hiring across finance, analytics, media, and partnerships with a focus on building leadership
- Run high-leverage meetings and ensure clear communication across internal and external stakeholders
- Build the infrastructure for scale including org design, performance reviews, and internal communications
- Own coordination across clients, vendors, and executive leadership
- Remove operational roadblocks to protect executive focus and accelerate growth

Salary Range: $180,000 – 220,000 annually, based on experience
Location: Remote-first, East-Coast-based, some in-person availability
