Our client, a leading law firm based in NYC, is seeking a Business Development Specialist. 

Who You Are 

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field  
  • You have 2–5 years of business development or marketing experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment  
  • Experienced preparing pitches, proposals, and RFP responses  
  • Strong writing, editing, and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail  
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM and proposal management platform experience is a plus  

What You’ll Do 

  • Support business development and marketing initiatives for the firm's litigation practices  
  • Prepare pitches, proposals, presentations, and client-facing marketing materials  
  • Conduct market, client, and competitive research to identify business opportunities 
  • Maintain practice descriptions, attorney biographies, and marketing databases  
  • Coordinate client events, sponsorships, and profile-raising initiatives  
  • Track business development activity and collaborate with attorneys and marketing leadership on strategic projects

  • High-quality pitches and marketing materials help drive new business opportunities 
  • Attorneys receive proactive, responsive business development support  
  • Marketing initiatives and client events are executed efficiently  
  • Business development efforts strengthen client relationships and market visibility 

Salary Range:  $95,000 – 105,000 annually, based on experience 

Location:  New York, NY – Hybrid
