Job Details
- Partner closely with senior attorneys to develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with firm-wide goals
- Lead the creation of compelling client-facing materials, including tailored pitches, RFPs, and presentations
- Coordinate high-impact events such as CLEs, webinars, and client education programs
- Manage submissions for legal directories and rankings, ensuring strong positioning of the firm’s practices
- Conduct in-depth research on prospective clients and market trends to support business growth
- Collaborate with PR team to amplify the firm’s visibility through media outreach and social media strategy
- Maintain and update marketing collateral, website content, and internal databases
- Salary Range: $160,000–$185,000 annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5–8 years of experience in business development at a law firm
- Familiar with corporate or transactional legal practices is a plus
- Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders
