Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to provide business development support to many of their practices. This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days in their wonderful New York City office.

Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain group experience lists by gathering, organizing, and drafting matter descriptions
- Gather, organize, and calendar information on group news, events, and publications
- Update attorney bios as needed and assist with LinkedIn profile updates
- Keep different marketing materials up to date
- Assist in developing and executing group business plans
- Work alongside attorneys to develop individual business plans
- Utilize marketing tools to implement business plans
- Coordinate with colleagues to ensure all marketing activities are taken advantage of
- Identify even opportunities that align with the strategic plans to get in front of clients and prospects
- Collaborate with communications team on client alerts, media outreach, external publications, and directories
- Assist in developing and managing business development budgets
- Maintain up to date and accurate mailing lists
- Help prepare presentations and proposals
- Perform other tasks as assigned

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree required
- 2+ years of marketing or business development experience required
- Preferred experience in financial, consulting, or legal services marketing
- Knowledge of marketing and business development methods, processes, and tools
- Organizational and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects at one time
- Ability to interpret and apply instructions or guidelines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and computer skills
- Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
- Adaptable, flexible, takes initiative and wants to achieve goals

Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 based on experience
