A leading international law firm is seeking an Attorney Recruiting Coordinator to join the team in Washington, D.C. 

Who You Are 

  • You have at least 2 years of attorney recruiting experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred (or equivalent experience) 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems, with experience in viDesktop a plus 
  • You are a creative and collaborative professional with a focus on exceptional client service 
  • Familiar with recruitment best practices and hiring regulations 

What You’ll Do 

  • Coordinate on-campus interview programs, including scheduling, registration, preparing materials, and submitting feedback 
  • Support the summer associate program, assisting with event planning, arrival and departure coordination, and end-of-summer exit processes 
  • Partner with career services offices and faculty to enhance the firm’s profile on law school campuses 
  • Assist with lateral, entry-level, staff attorney, and judicial clerk hiring processes, including posting positions and maintaining applicant files 
  • Support the callback and interview process, greeting candidates and maintaining communication throughout 
  • Organize campus outreach events, offer dinners, receptions, and offer visits 
  • Maintain reports and recruiting statistics for various hiring programs 
  • Assist with pre-employment processes such as offer approvals, reference checks, and onboarding coordination 

What Success Looks Like 

  • Summer associate and on-campus recruiting programs are executed smoothly 
  • Candidate communications, schedules, and documentation are well-managed 
  • Candidate experience is positive throughout all recruiting processes 
  • Reporting of recruiting metrics and hiring activities is up-to-date and accurate 

Salary Range:  $65,000 – 75,000 annually 

Location: Washington, D.C. – Hybrid
