Our client, a leading real estate company in New York City, is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to join their team. This on-site role involves assisting with all aspects of property operations, including resident relations, building maintenance, and financial reporting. The Assistant Community Manager will work closely with the Senior Community Manager to enhance tenant satisfaction, oversee day-to-day building operations, and manage leasing activities.

Job Responsibilities:
- Interact directly with property owners, asset managers, and residents to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Assist with managing building operations, including maintenance, inspections, and service contracts.
- Ensure timely completion of maintenance and repairs, oversee vendor work, and assist with capital improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments such as compliance and leasing to enhance building performance and resolve issues.
- Participate in the preparation of budgets, variance reports, and financial analysis to improve building profitability.
- Assist with lease renewals and ensure compliance with all legal and municipal requirements.
- Provide supervision and direction to maintenance staff, contractors, and office personnel.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in residential property management.
- 2-3 years of experience in rent-regulated residential property management in NYC preferred.
- Familiarity with high-end residential properties and LIHTC units.
- Experience with Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with HPD/HDC/50059 properties.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong customer service focus, high energy, and positive attitude.
- Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 based on experience, plus an annual performance-based bonus. Great benefits package included.
