Our client, is a prominent digital agency, seeking a leader of their Analytics Practice to spearhead the strategic integration of data analytics and business intelligence. This leader will drive the strategic design and technical implementation of large scale data integrations, measurement plans and data warehousing. With a deep understanding of both marketing and technology stacks, this leader will help mission-driven clients optimize their marketing mix to maximize success.   • Serve as a subject matter expert in data analytics, designing and recommending methodologies to address key client measurement objectives, creating robust data models and measurement frameworks.
  • Define and oversee the marketing data stack for the agency and client programs
  • Establish KPIs for marketing programs to optimize marketing effectiveness across channels (Web, Email, Social, CRM, etc).
  • Develop and maintain advanced business intelligence tools, producing actionable dashboards and reports using data visualization Tableau and Looker Studio.
  • Design and implement comprehensive measurement frameworks for web analytics
  • Lead the Tech team in best practices for measurement and tagging strategies to enhance data accuracy and utility.
  • Refine and present agencies' analytics capabilities and consult on insights derived from marketing analytics.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets from various channels, delivering clear and actionable insights to clients to inform strategic decisions.​​​
  • Salary Range $120,000-140,000k based on experience.

 

​Requirements

+ 5+ years of web or performance marketing analytics
+ Expert in Google Analytics, with experience developing measurement plans that integrate data from multiple data sources, specifically between Websites, Email, Social and CRM
+ Strong experience in SQL, and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Google Looker Studio)
+ Experience integrating data into CRMs required
+ Experience in Data Warehousing strongly preferred
+ Strong communication and client-facing "storytelling" skills.
