Our client is a synagogue in Larchmont, New York. They are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the team. This position is fully on site, and they offer an excellent benefits package!
Job Details
- Provide general administrative assistance to clergy and educators
- Act as a friendly, welcoming resource for congregant inquiries
- Answer phones and assist with mailings
- Manage calendars, including meeting scheduling and conflict resolution
- Salary Range: $50-60k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of office administrative experience
- Preferred familiarity with Jewish practices and terminology
- Tech savvy and experienced in Microsoft Office Suite
- Highest standard of professionalism and discretion
- Dedicated to detail, with excellent writing, communications, and organizational skills
