Our client, a renowned NYC-based real estate development firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant. The role is hybrid and based 4 out of 5 days per week at their beautiful office in Midtown, Manhattan. Job Details
- Provide general administrative assistance to senior executive
- Answer phones, route calls, and take messages in a professional manner
- Submit detailed expense reports
- Manage meeting coordination and scheduling
- Maintain tenant leases, required materials, information, and files in Yardi
- Prepare multiple reports and analyses on a regular basis
- Maintain advanced Excel sheets
- Salary: $75-90k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-5 years of Administrative Assistant experience in the Real Estate industry
- Yardi experience, or similar software
- Tech savvy and confident in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have advanced Excel skills
- Detail oriented, collaborative, and highly organized
