Our client, a renowned NYC-based real estate development firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant. The role is hybrid and based 4 out of 5 days per week at their beautiful office in Midtown, Manhattan. This firm treats their employees very well, and they offer excellent benefits, including generous PTO and 401(k). 

Job Details 

  • Provide general administrative assistance to senior executive 
  • Answer phones, route calls, and take messages in a professional manner 
  • Submit detailed expense reports 
  • Manage meeting coordination and scheduling 
  • Maintain tenant leases, required materials, information, and files in Yardi 
  • Prepare multiple reports and analyses on a regular basis 
  • Maintain advanced Excel sheets 
  • Salary: $75-90k annually, based on experience 
  • Excellent benefits package includes health, dental, vision insurance, generous PTO and 401(k) 

Skills and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • 2-5 years of Administrative Assistant experience in the Real Estate industry 
  • Yardi experience, or similar software 
  • Tech savvy and confident in Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Must have advanced Excel skills 
  • Detail oriented, collaborative, and highly organized
