Job Details
- Provide general administrative assistance to multiple executives
- Manage calendars and meeting schedules in Outlook
- Prepare and submit detailed expense reports
- Manage complex travel itineraries and maintain travel documents
- Schedule conference rooms and prepare meeting materials
- Coordinate key project details and provide assistance for events
- Provide backup support to reception and other office duties as assigned
- Salary Range: $75-85k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- 4+ years’ experience in administrative roles in professional services environments
- Banking or Finance industry experience highly preferred
- Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Dedicated to detail, with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Highly responsible, with proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
