You’ll help clients make smarter communication decisions and continuously improve the results their campaigns deliver.

About the Role

  • Lead the Account Planning function, setting strategic direction and raising the bar for team and client performance.
  • Serve as a senior advisor to client executives, strengthening relationships across complex, high-value accounts.
  • Shape omnichannel media strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels, connecting audience, channel, and business objectives.
  • Turn data, analytics, and market insights into clear strategies, recommendations, and executive-level presentations.
  • Oversee campaign planning, audience targeting, performance measurement, and optimization frameworks.
  • Drive account growth, retention, and revenue by identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes and expand partnerships.
  • Partner closely with Media, Digital, Analytics, and Ad Ops teams to deliver integrated, measurable programs.
  • Support new business efforts through pitch strategy, senior client engagement, and development of compelling media solutions.
  • Coach and develop team members while building a collaborative, accountable, high-performing culture.

About You

  • 15+ years of experience in media strategy, account leadership, or an agency environment.
  • Proven success leading senior client relationships and large, strategically important accounts.
  • Deep expertise in omnichannel media planning, performance marketing, and modern media ecosystems.
  • Strong command of data and analytics, with the ability to translate findings into persuasive insights and business recommendations.
  • Experience building, leading, and developing teams while improving operating discipline and execution.
  • Track record of contributing to client growth, retention, and new business development.
  • Ability to balance analytical rigor with creative, commercially minded strategic thinking.

Salary Range: $190,000 – $215,000 annually, based on experience + bonus
