A leading international law firm is seeking a Legal Library Resource Coordinator to support its dynamic legal research and knowledge management operations. Who You Are
- You have at least 5 years of experience in legal or corporate libraries
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities
- Familiar with integrated library systems and knowledgeable about legal and business literature across print and digital formats
- Committed to delivering exceptional client service
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and organize print collections
- Create and update holdings, item, and patron records in the integrated library system
- Research and purchase approved print materials, and oversee check-in and distribution
- Record acquisitions data, process invoices, and allocate client-matter charges
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve billing discrepancies
- Support mail processing, serials control, and routing list maintenance
- Participate in collection review initiatives across multiple offices
What Success Looks Like
- Resources are accurately tracked, processed, and distributed across designated offices
- Print collections are well-maintained, current, and accessible
- Vendor relationships are productive and billing issues are resolved efficiently
- Data entry and invoice processing are completed with precision
Salary Range: $65,000 – 80,000 annually, based on experience
Location: Washington, D.C. – Hybrid
