A boutique private equity firm based in New York City is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join the team. This position is fully on site 5 days per week, with some flexibility to work remotely. Who You Are
- A proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with at least 8 years of experience supporting senior leaders
- Skilled at managing complex calendars, coordinating logistics, and anticipating executive needs
- Adept at juggling multiple priorities, from travel planning to project coordination
- Tech-savvy, with experience using platforms like Salesforce or similar CRM tools
What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support to senior executives, including calendar and meeting management
- Coordinate global travel arrangements
- Manage virtual and in-person meeting logistics, including room setup
- Support fundraising initiatives and assist with project tracking in CRM
- Handle expense tracking and reporting

Salary Range: $130,000 – 160,000 annually, based on experience
