Description
A prominent law firm with a strong reputation in transactional commercial real estate is seeking a skilled Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join the team. This position is hybrid and based 4 out of 5 days per week at their beautiful office in Purchase, NY.
Who You Are
- A detail-oriented legal professional with at least 2 years of experience supporting commercial real estate transactions
- Comfortable navigating title and survey reviews, zoning reports, and due diligence processes
- Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders, including attorneys, clients, and external counsel
- Familiar with REA documents, estoppels, and title exception materials
- Proficient in legal document management systems (experience with Net Docs is a plus)
- Hold a college degree or equivalent practical experience in a legal or real estate setting
What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with attorneys to support all phases of commercial real estate finance transactions
- Coordinate with clients and outside counsel to ensure smooth and timely closings
- Conduct in-depth reviews of title commitments, surveys, and related documentation
- Order and analyze zoning reports and due diligence materials
- Assist in the preparation and review of REA documents, estoppels, and other legal instruments
- Maintain organized transaction files and manage document flow using legal tech tools

- Transactions close efficiently and on schedule, with all documentation accurately prepared and reviewed
- Attorneys and clients feel supported and informed throughout the process
- Title and survey issues are identified and addressed proactively
- Due diligence is thorough, timely, and well-documented
- You become a trusted go-to resource for commercial real estate legal support within the team
Salary Range: $75,000 – 100,000 annually, based on experience
