Are you a leader in health population consulting with a passion for data-driven decision-making and team development? Our client is seeking a National Practice Leader – Data Analytics – Health Population Consulting to guide a team of six experts in health population consulting, deliverable creation, and data analytics.
In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leadership on high-impact, large-scale projects, enhancing existing tools and dashboards while fostering a consultative approach in client engagements. You’ll also be pivotal in transitioning clients from fully insured to self-insured models, leveraging your experience to drive actionable insights through creative data storytelling.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop a team of six professionals with varying experience levels, focusing on deliverable creation, data analytics, and health population consulting. Improve existing tools, dashboards, and provide training, while collaborating on large-scale projects with the Chief Growth Officer.
- Enhance client-facing tools such as financial analysis, claims utilization, and plan modeling, with an emphasis on transitioning clients from fully insured to self-insured models. Candidates with brokerage firm experience and demonstrated creativity in content creation and data storytelling are preferred.

Skills and Experience Required:
- 10+ years of experience in health and welfare consulting from a brokerage or carrier background.
- 5+ yrs in data analytics, health population management, and client consulting.
- Proven ability to build, develop, and motivate teams, with experience providing training and fostering professional growth.
- Skilled in PowerPoint, PowerBI, Monte Carlo simulations, and other data visualization tools to create impactful presentations.
- Experience with both fully insured and self-funded benefit programs is a plus.

Salary Range: $190,000 - $230,000 based on experience with great benefits.
