The company is seeking a Data Operations & Reporting Lead, to oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to monitor and optimize campaign performance. You will utilize Tableau and biddable media platforms to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data pipelines, dashboards, and trackers. You will set up and manage data pipelines, extract data, and QA data to ensure accuracy and interface with our analytics team to maintain process integrity and manage project throughput.

Data Collection and Monitoring:

  • Collect performance data from various advertising channels including Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.
  • Use Google Sheets for low-latency, Intraday reporting. Monitor performance metrics and set up Slack channels for hourly updates and alerts.

Tracking Setup:

  • Request tracking links from advertisers and send Everflow postback URL template.
  • Educate on postbacks and their components through video resources.
  • Set up backs and offers and create tracking links in Everflow using advertiser-provided links.
  • Add Everflow tracking links to Contentful tracking links.
  • Send Everflow test tracking links to advertisers and ensure down-funnel event postbacks are tested.
  • Confirm that the advertiser tests fire conversion and all event postbacks correctly.
  • Request Facebook and Google Pixel access from advertisers and provide instructions for sharing access.

Reporting:

  • Create custom reports tailored to different verticals and advertiser requirements.
  • Ensure all reports are QA'ed by the reporting team twice per week.
  • Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Regularly update stakeholders on performance metrics and optimization actions.
  • Use ClickUp to manage reporting tasks and track progress.
  • Collaborate with media buyers, the creative team, and external partners to ensure data accuracy and optimal performance.

Quality Assurance:

  • QA all reports and data entries regularly to maintain data integrity. Address any API failures promptly to ensure accurate data reporting.

Screening Criteria

  • 3-6 years of media analytics experience with experience measuring & reporting on the performance of Google, Facebook, TikTok, and SEO campaigns
  • Advanced expertise in Tableau is required
  • Advanced expertise in digital tag management & implementation. Experience using Everflow and Contentful, strongly preferred
  • Passionate about digital marketing and deeply committed to continuous improvement

Salary Range: $100,000-$125,000 annually, based on experience.
